Below is a list of the main annual awards
for members of BRC. Some will be awarded at the final rally and some
at the Christmas Party at the end of the year. The award recipients
are decided by the club instructors. Some years some awards will not
be awarded and some awards may be added from time to time.

Pony Club Rider Criteria: This trophy is awarded to the best Pony Club rider in each age group for participation and performance across all disciplines. Recipients:

Best Presented Criteria: The winner in each age group is the rider who earned the most gear-check points from rally days.. Recipients:

BRC Trotting Race Criteria: The winner is the person who completed the BRC trotting race course in the fastest time in each age group. Recipients:

Dressage Medal Criteria: The horse/rider combination who had the highest percentage overall for the rally season. Recipients: Highest Percentage Overall

Chief Instructor's Award Criteria: This award is presented to the rider whom the chief instructor feels has tried hard and consistently all year to improve their horsemanship and riding ability. This rider will have embraced the "have a go" attitude of pony club by always trying their best in all disciplines. Recipients:

Sportsmanship Award Criteria: Awarded to the rider who is a gracious winner, a dignified loser and always adheres to the spirit of the rules. Recipients:

Lucille Ralph Memorial Prize Criteria: This award is in memory of Lucille's contribution to BRC as a dedicated and enthusiastic parent and will be awarded to a parent or social member who shows similar virtues. Recipients:
